THE VILLA is situated in a quiet road a short stroll from the centre of Jard-Sur-Mer with its authentic marina, fine sandy beaches, cafes, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Jard-Sur-Mer enjoys more than 2500 hours of sunshine throughout the year! The town's shops include numerous bakeries, a good butchers, wine merchants and a large Super-U (including a huge fresh-fish counter) for all your provisions. There is also the town's market (the largest in the area) every Monday throughout the year.

Main Bedroom is upstairs with a standard sizes double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), dressing table, bedside cabinets and a double wardrobe with shelves.

Bedroom Two on the ground floor with standard size twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm) that can either be used separately or arranged as a double, together with a bedside cabinet and a fitted wardrobe with shelves. 

Bedroom Three is again on the ground floor and is identical to bedroom Two.

THE VILLA sleeps six adults, plus a cot and high-chair are available.  The property is set in a private secluded walled garden both to the rear and front aspect.  Guests can park their cars at the front of the property behind private locked gates.

The villa is well equipped and provides duvets and pillows for all beds (linen and towels are not provided). A TV is provided which receives all the UK Freesat tv channels, together with French terrestrial TV channels.
A Blu-ray player with a selection of films for you to watch are also provided for your entertainment.  High speed WI-FI fibre broadband is provided throughout the property and on the terrace.
